How can I view my reports?

Who can view reports?
Users with the Manager role are the only users allowed to view reports for completed assessments.

View Reports
Once the reports are ready for viewing, a user with proper system permissions (Manager user) can log in to the system and access the reports.
  1. At the top left of the screen, set the group to the appropriate parish or school group.  Do not leave the group set as NCEA which is the default.
  2. To access reports, click the Reports dropdown in the top menu.
  3. In the dropdown list, choose IFG Reports.
If you do not see this option, you do not have the proper permissions to view the reports. Contact your site Manager or our support team for more help.
  4. From the dropdown list, choose the assessment report to view.
  5. The report may take a minute to generate on the screen, especially if you're viewing it for the first time.

Helpful Hints

  1. You can page through the report on the screen using the arrows and navigation at the top of the document viewer.
  2. Download the report to PDF by using the <Save File> button.  If there are several reports, each report must be viewed, downloaded, and saved separately.
  3. Report PDFs can be reviewed on the computer, printed, emailed, or distributed as desired.
  4. Diocese managers will have access to the roll-up report for multiple schools/parishes.  School lists in diocesan reports are interactive, and you can click them to view specific school results.
